Bio

Fall Risk officially formed on a cold Winter night in 2021 when Duane entered

The New Deal Cafe during open mic night and saw Pete and J.D. were absent

a drummer for the set they were about to perform.

Duane raced across the street, got his drum set, and sat in as Pete and J.D played a Beatles tune, a Jimi Hendrix tune, and an original song "The Goatman" that Duane never heard.

Now a solid three piece unit with all three members sharing vocal duties with J.D. and Pete often swapping instruments. Fall Risk is a versatile band that can play songs by "The Who" and "Bootsy Collins" in the same set.

Focusing on Classic Rock rocks covers but never afraid to venture into

Reggae, Funk and Hip Hop, they have played around the D.C, Virginia, and Maryland area

in bars, American Legions, VFW's and many private parties.

In addition to the cover song  they play (The Beatles,Led Zeppelin,Beastie Boys,Jimi Hendrix to name a few) Fall Risk has original music spanning multiple genres that engage the audience to laugh, dance, and think.
